HSA approached us to manage a short incentive break for some of their clients. Our destination management team requested a brief from them and then offered them three different destination management packages in two countries. In the end we managed a 3 day trip to Barcelona taking care of flights, transfers, accommodation, meal and a wide range of entertainment and activities. As always our destination management team conducted a full site inspection in advance and also used our local agency for help where required. The event was a roaring success.

BT UK approached our destination management team to co-ordinate a combination business/pleasure trip for some of their executives to Ireland. They had quite particular destination management requirements with regard to accommodation and our local knowledge and expertise found the perfect venue for them. Over the four days of their trip we looked after all of their requirements, conference and Audio visual requirements, registration and hostesses, meals and break outs as well as their evening entertainment. They also required two team game activities and here our destination management team suggested two very different events, one in Dublin city centre and the other in Wicklow near the chosen venue of Tinakilly House. "An absolute success" was how they described the event.
