Company Occasions were the event organisers for the launch of the Hino 700 series trucks. Three Hino trucks were hidden behind a "dummy" wall and were revealed to the guests on cue with a dramatic drop and reveal effect incorporating lighting, audio and smoke effects and of course the surprise of finding three trucks in the conference room. Later the best in entertainment and high class decor rounded off a dramatic stylish event.
Journey to Uniqueness
Company Occasions were were the event organisers contracted to spice up a conference for a CRM product launch. Transforming the Royal Hospital Kilmainham into a full space setting was the final part of a "journey" themed event. The entrance as guests were invited in, the walk to the conference room and the entire interior was all dressed and lit to the theme. This produced the desired reaction of amazement as guests entered . We also devised a themed conference game to combine interaction with the product.
