Case Studies
All of our interactive events with the exception of casino and race night events have been developed from custom proposals or events we have run in the past for clients. This means that we're happy to offer up new ideas and events for you or alter existing ones to give your event a personal touch. Here's some examples of previous events which we developed and have adapted for clients.
American Express Mission Impossible
American Express approached us to devise and manage a team event for 360 staff in Dublin on a European conference. The Mission Impossible event we developed and managed is still probably the largest logistical undertaking we have managed. After we kidnapped their boss, 36 branded luxury minicoaches waited outside for them, we had to close the hotel car park 2 days in advance just to get then parked. Our Mission control area in the hotel had land lines installed and 15 controllers monitoring every move the teams made as well as providing them with passwords as they moved through the challenges. That day we provided over 60 mobile phones to the teams, actors (16) on the street playing characters and marshals who were at every location. The clues were also all provided on tape with sound effects and were customised for 11 different nationalities. The result? According to their feedback cards it was voted the best ever!
Mail on Sunday Team Event
Mail On Sunday contracted Company Occasions to design and develop a full day team game starting in the city but moving out to the countryside. After indoor fireworks in the Westin for a dramatic start the teams moved to Avondale to compete in a series of themed challenges in the grounds. these were all themed to their conference theme and also included portable DVD players, branded uniforms for all the teams and challenges that could only be solved from the air by helicopter. "They were all delighted" was the official feedback.
Lift Off
Given just a conference theme entitled "Beginnings" Company occasions developed a team game for a large communications company. The entire game was themed around a beginning on another planet and it was up to the teams to see how they could get there. We had them building and designing rockets, preparing time capsules and inventing contraptions for space. Our mad scientist kept the whole show moving before everyone moved out to the launch pad where all 12 teams witnessed their rockets fly up to 30 metres into the air. A fantastic finale to an out of this world event. The client said "brilliant, your ideas are excellent and the implementation even better"
